실험을 위해 기본적인 CVD 전기로에 다른 필요한 시스템을 연결하여 사용할 수 있는 home-made형태를 요청하였습니다. 기존에 대명기업에서 제작해 본 적이 없는 장치이고, 이메일과 메신저로만 연락을 주고 받을 수 있기 때문에 상세한 설명이 쉽지 않았습니다. 하지만 대명기업에서는 친절한 상담을 통해서 제가 원하는 상세한 부분까지 의논할 수 있었습니다. 전기로 설치 이후에도 지속적으로 장비의 상태 확인 및 어떠한 질의에도 다 대응을 해주었습니다. 그리고 오랫동안 장비에 문제 없이 사용할 수 있는 방법, 기술적인 답변 등을 신속하고 정확하게 대응해 주었습니다. 저는 대명기업의 전기로와 서비스에 대한 만족스러운 경험을 할 수 있었고, 다음번에도 또 구매할 의향이 있습니다. 그리고 누군가 전기로를 구매하려한다면 꼭 추천해 주고 싶습니다.

I have ordered a conventional chemical vapor deposition furnace chamber for experimental purposes.
To the conventional system, I have asked for a modification to attach another system that is personally designed. Since the whole communication was through email and messages, it was difficult to explain the details of home-made design that Daemyoung hasn't seen before. However, Daemyoung Ent. has been very kind and patient to communicate with me for every single detail to make the furnace exactly the way I needed it to be. After the furnace installation, Daemyoung's representative personally contacted me constantly for the status of the furnace and questions, if any. He advised me on how to use a furnace for a long time without breaking it, and the engineering team answered questions in such a quick and accurate manner. I am having a great experience with Daemyoung's furnace, will re-order from them, and would recommend to anyone who is looking for furnaces.
